A Mount Pleasant man's role in allegedly encouraging a minor to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and also sending sexually explicit images to an underage individual landed Dillon Lewis Kroll in police custody on Aug. 7, according to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. The Mount Pleasant Police Department arrested Kroll, 25, on two charges linked to the attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. The suspect's sexual exploitation of a minor charge is a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years of incarceration, per law enforcement.
