The 6-2, 185-pound senior is a 3-star prospect who was 133-of-200 passing last season for 2,506 yards and 33 touchdowns., adding another three scores running. He was selected second-team ASWA all-state. The son of Fultondale head coach Keon, Handley chose the Terriers over Kentucky, UAB, Troy, Austin, Peay, New Mexico and more.
